Built for the half of the brief agencies keep turning down.
Webflex is a white-label engineering partner for design-led agencies. We take the platform work you cannot staff for, deliver it under your name, and stay out of the room.
A specific, boring, recurring problem.
A studio wins a brand and product design engagement. Six weeks in, the client asks for the platform itself — billing, accounts, an admin panel, an integration with something nobody mentioned at the pitch.
The studio can design all of it. What it cannot do is hire a senior engineer for one project, on a timeline measured in weeks, for a scope that might change. So the second half of the brief goes to someone else, or the project gets talked back down to a website.
That is the moment Webflex exists for. Not to replace anyone's team, and not to sell strategy back to people who already have it — just to be the engineering department an agency can borrow, invisibly, for as long as the work lasts.
Agencies first. Product teams too.
Most of what we do is white-label, behind agencies and design studios. That is who this site is written for, and it is the work we are built around.
Product teams come to us directly as well — companies with a platform to build and no appetite for a hiring round. Nothing about that undercuts the promise above. Not competing with our partners means never going near their clients — not refusing every company that writes to us, which would be a wider claim and a less useful one.
Our partners and clients are in Europe, the Nordics and North America. The work is in English, and the engagements have run from single builds to multi-year platforms.
Four commitments we would rather be held to.
We work with a limited number of agencies at a time.
Your accounts are closed to us
We will not approach your client, take work from them behind you, or appear in front of them — during the engagement or after it. That is the conflict of interest that makes most outsourcing relationships quietly adversarial, and it is the one we remove in writing.
Capacity is finite and we say so
The category sells unlimited requests and then delivers one at a time, with the real limit buried in a queue. We would rather put the number on the page: a tier is a set of concurrent workstreams, and we take on few enough partners that the number stays true.
Boring where it counts
Migrations, permissions, billing edge cases, the second hundred customers. The parts of a build that are invisible in a design file are the parts that decide whether it survives, and they are what we are for.
We build our own products too
Running products of our own keeps us on the same side of the table as the people we build for: we hit the problems our partners hit, on our own time and our own budget. We do not build partner work on top of them — every client project starts from that client's requirements.
Bring us the brief you were about to turn down.
Thirty minutes, no deck. Tell us what your client needs and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right team to build it behind your name.
