Engineering first. Everything else in support of it.
Design-led agencies rarely lose work because they cannot design. They lose it at the point a brief needs a platform underneath — so that is the capability we lead with, and the rest sits behind it.
Six groups, ordered by how hard they are to hire for.
Every item below is something we have shipped to production, not a keyword. Ask about any of them on a call and you will get a straight answer about depth.

Three things we deliberately do not do.
A supplier who claims to do everything is a supplier who has not decided anything. These are the limits, stated up front rather than discovered later.
We do not go near your client
We will not approach them, take work from them behind you, or appear in front of them. That is a narrower promise than “we take no direct clients”, and unlike that one, it is a promise we can actually keep.
We do not sell strategy engagements
You own the client relationship and the thinking around it. We are the build. If a project needs a discovery phase, it is yours to run and bill.
We do not staff by the hour
No timesheets to audit and no incentive to make work last longer. A retainer buys capacity for a month, and the month ends whether or not we filled it.
Bring us the brief you were about to turn down.
Thirty minutes, no deck. Tell us what your client needs and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right team to build it behind your name.
